~ For those of you who are working on placing your initial deposit/payment please bare with our Travel Agent (Tammy).  When you email or call her to secure your rooms, please know that you ARE being taken care of.  We are just dealing with "Mexican Time" here, which means no "instant gratification".  We definitely understand your concerns, and appreciate your patience in this matter! 

We have selected a wonderful Travel Agent who is highly experienced in Destination Weddings.  She has secured special rates for our group.  You must book through her in order to secure these rates.  (Sorry, but we are not allowed to publish these rates on the internet so please call or email Tammy for rates specific to your needs.)  1-5 guests per room.

Tammy will also help you book airfare (and will work with you if you have airline miles as well).  You may, of course, choose to book your airfare on your own.
* If you do choose to book airfare on your own, please send Tammy your full Flight Itinerary so that she may arrange your ground transportation from the airport to the hotel (about a 5-10 minute ride). *

We encourage you to place your room deposit ASAP as Memorial Day weekend is a very popular weekend! 

Our recommendations on length of stay:

Thurs. May 21st - Tues. May 26th ~ 
The Welcome Dinner will be held on Friday May 22nd, and the Wedding Ceremony on Sunday May 24th.  If you arrive on Thursday that gives you time to settle in and enjoy the complimentary Welcome Dinner (place TBD) on Friday evening, relax on the beach/poolside Saturday, attend the Ceremony and Reception on Sunday (which will probably run well into the night), relax/recuperate/pack on Monday and then fly out on Tuesday!
Of course, we understand that each guest has individual plans and/or restrictions.  Please understand that this is just our suggestion.  We welcome you to stay as many or few days as you'd like - this is YOUR vacation too, so enjoy it!!! :)
