I went on Sunday to have my first Bridal Hair Trial - it was a lot of fun.  My first "girly" bridal thing to do!  It is starting to feel so "real" now!!!  Thanks so much to Erin (my sister) & Grayson (my niece) for coming to share in the experience with me - y'all definitely added to the fun of it all!

This weekend I finally gathered up the courage to ask my dear friend, Jennifer, to be my Maid of Honor!  We spent a lovely Saturday together at the dog park and then went out to dinner.  I had planned to ask her sometime then.  Well, the timing just never seemed right.  So, as we were driving home together from a pool party at my Dad's house on Sunday, I "popped the question", nearly making Jennifer swerve her car!  LOL ~ Sorry Jennifer! 

She and I have been friends for about 4 years now, and I couldn't ask for a better friend.  Her courage, wisdom and zest for life continues to amaze and inspire me.  We've become more like sisters over the years, and have helped each other through some crazy times in our lives.  I am so happy that she has accepted my invitation and will be by my side through the ups and downs that I'm sure will continue to come.
